Amy Young of Santa Rosa has plans for midnight Saturday Grocery shopping.That’s when her next allotment of food stamps will be deposited into her account. She plans to treat herself to a deli sandwich and some fresh vegetables.Until then, Young, who is expecting a baby in July, has 60 cents and whatever’s in the pantry.
