Accessing a GP can be a daunting task, particularly in city areas, and it’s easy to delay booking an appointment. Fortunately, many common health issues can be evaluated and treated by your local pharmacy, with an increasing number of these services available online.
In response to this need, Morrisons, in collaboration with online prescription delivery service Phlo, has introduced its own on-demand healthcare service, Morrisons Clinic. This service allows you to swiftly and conveniently obtain the prescriptions you require from a fully-qualified team of clinicians, which are then delivered straight to your doorstep.
The process is straightforward: fill out a questionnaire detailing your health concerns; the clinical team at Morrisons Clinics will review your submission and prescribe appropriate treatment; your medication will then be dispatched and delivered promptly. All medications are sourced within the UK, all communications and packaging are confidential and discreet, there’s free Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery, and the service is fully compliant with UK regulations.

The service can assess and prescribe treatments for common ailments such as weight loss, daily contraception, acid reflux, hair loss, migraines, emergency contraception, hay fever, period delay, acne, erectile dysfunction, menopause, and premature ejaculation.
The newly launched Morrisons Clinic website is yet to gather any Trustpilot reviews, but its partner service Phlo boasts a 4.7 out of 5 rating from over 6,100 customer testimonials. “I recently started using Phlo as my working long hours made it hard for my medication to be picked up,” one five-star review read, reports the Mirror.
“They have super-fast delivery, I get my medication before it runs out, and if I have additional medication it gets sent straight away.”
Another glowing review shared: “Really great company. It is wonderful to have your medicine so easy to order online, delivered to your house, and in cardboard boxes with paper tape! ” A delighted reviewer commented on the eco-friendly packaging: “Such a wonderful company. I love that the packaging is paper instead of any kind of plastic.”
Nevertheless, not all feedback was entirely positive, with a customer highlighting early teething problems with the service: “I ordered a product and was told the wait time to go through consultation would be around a week to then dispatch, taking another 3-4 days,” according to a three-star review. “I asked for a refund which was promptly actioned.”
Yet another happy client praised the convenience of the service, saying: “Really useful service, so easy to use. Saves me trying to catch a pharmacy when it’s open, and working full-time makes that difficult. Would highly recommend.”
Other similar options in the online pharmacy market include Lloyds Pharmacy, offering same-day prescriptions, and Well Pharmacy, also known for its free and swift delivery services.
