Motion for financial discovery, punitive damages filed by Chico FedEx driver injured in overpass collapse

OROVILLE — A FedEx contract driver injured nearly three years ago in a collapse of Highway 149 overpass supports has petitioned for the right to seek financial information and punitive damages from defendants named in a civil suit.
