Jury selection in the motor vehicle homicide trial of a local FedEx truck driver began Monday in Taunton District Court. Charles Desmarais, 50, of Norton, is accused of driving his delivery truck recklessly, causing it to cross the median outside the Raynham Walmart on Paramount Drive and head into oncoming traffic Dec. 28, 2006.
