MP tests one of the new Royal Mail electric vans

Back in his constituency on Friday, Stephen Crabb, MP for Preseli Pembrokeshire, kicked off the morning with a visit to the local Royal Mail Delivery Office in Haverfordwest.

He was able to test out one of their new electric vehicles with manager, Mark Owen.

“I was very impressed to hear about their switch-over to electric vans as they look to reduce their carbon footprint across the country,” he commented.

“Royal Mail has such iconic red trucks and vans and its fantastic to see them leading the way forward in reducing their environmental impact.

“It’s always a pleasure to chat to the local team and I appreciate the warm welcome.”
