Columbia Basin Herald Ground for the new $10,000 post office at Ephrata was officially broken Tuesday. Postmaster D.C. Theimens, Eprhata; F.T. Bell, president of the company holding the construction contract; Mayor V.E. Bjorklund and others participated in a brief ceremony. |
