New postage stamps commemorate anniversaries for Civil War, Reagan and the Indianapolis 500

WASHINGTON – Postage stamps honouring the 150th anniversary of the Civil War, the centennial of President Ronald Reagan’s birth, and the 50th anniversary of America’s first manned spaceflight are part of the lineup of new stamps for 2011.
