A range of 16 new stamps featuring moonstones, balustrades and guard stones symbolizing Sri Lanka's identity and heritage were issued at a ceremony held under the patronage of Postal Services Minister Jeevan Kumaratunga at the Anuradhapura Abhayagiri Sacred area at 12 minutes past 12 noon yesterday.
