ALDEN, N.Y. (AP) – A western New York post office has been dedicated to a hometown soldier killed in Afghanistan. A plaque honoring Army Sgt. Brett Gornewicz was unveiled Friday in the town of Alden, east of Buffalo. It will be permanently installed at the U.S. Post Office there.
