Newport man vicitim of eBay scam, police say (The Patriot-News)

A Newport man was the victim of a financial scam on the Internet, said state police, after he failed to receive a motorcycle he purchased on eBay. Barry Troutman, 43, used a Moneygram to pay for a Harley Davidson motorcycle that was supposedly located in the United Kingdom.
