No word yet on Hurricane Ike food stamps (The Houma Courier)

HOUMA – More than four weeks after Hurricane Ike flooded lower Terrebonne, state officials are still awaiting word from the U.S. Department of Agriculture on whether additional disaster-food-stamp benefits will be extended to Louisiana families affected by the storm.
