NORTH COAST Price of stamps goes up today (The Santa Rosa Press Democrat)

The price of first class stamps increased a penny today from 41 cents to 42 cents.The cost to mail a postcard also went up a penny to 27 cents, and prices increased for other mailing services such as packages and standard mail.The rate hikes on average were no more than the rate of inflation, according to the U.S. Postal Service.
