Coos Bay World The Postal Service's plan will mean shorter hours for post offices in Broadbent, Powers, Gardiner, Agness, Scottsburg, Wedderburn and Ophir, among 3,700 such communities nationwide. Rural residents may not welcome the change, but they'll adapt. |
