Open Offer To Acquire Shares Of Chromatic India (Nasdaq)

(RTTNews) – Friday, Cheetah Multitrade through Fedex Securities made an open offer to the shareholders of Chromatic India to acquire 5,36,420 shares of Rs.10 each representing 20% of the issued and subscribed capital at a price of Rs.42 per share payable in cash.
