SHALER TOWNSHIP, Pa. — An overturned truck is causing major traffic problems in Shaler Township Thursday afternoon. Vilsack Road is closed between Mount Royal Boulevard and Anderson Road while crews work to remove to upright the truck. Police said the road is expected to be closed for a few hours.
