Philip Foster, of Green Road, Headington, appeared at Oxford Crown Court on August 5.
Foster, 49, appeared in the dock in a blue suit to answer an indictment containing two counts.

He is charged with one count of inciting a female child under 13, namely three, to engage in sexual activity between August 1 2022 and December 21 2023.
He is also charged with rape of a female child under 13, namely three, during the same time period.
Foster answered not guilty to both charges.
He will face trial on March 30 next year, with the time estimated to be four days.
