WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. (AP) — A Pennsylvania woman is facing charges that she sold food stamps for heroin, after she tried to sell the food stamps online for cash. Lycoming County authorities filed charges this week against 37-year-old Tanya Keenan-Mack.
