Package ploy has mail-icious intent, warns Post Office

Isle of Man Post Office is warning people not to fall for a newly-reported scam.

The organisation says people have been getting texts and emails saying Royal Mail is holding a parcel for them but needs personal information.

The Post Office says it’s an attempt to get people’s personal details to be used by fraudsters, and people should ignore the messages.

If you’ve received one, their advice is not to click on any links.
