      LULA, Ga. — The Lula Post Office has been renamed for a fallen soldier from Georgia. At a ceremony Thursday, the postal facility in Hall County now bears the name of Army Pfc. Johnathon Millican. The 20-year-old Lula native was killed in Iraq in January 2007. More: continued here
