Man Pleads Guilty To Youngstown Post Office Scare (WFMJ Youngstown)
A man who caused an evacuation at Youngstown’s Post Office will be sentenced next month. 28 Year-Old David Kopnitsky pleaded guilty to inducing panic Friday.
