A one-of-kind oil painting of Gov. Charlie Crist , which was displayed in the lobby of the Republican Party of Florida’s headquarters in Tallahassee as recently as yesterday, can now be yours. The portrait will be auctioned on eBay starting later today or over the weekend, a state GOP spokeswoman said.
