PALMER – Palmer Police Chief Robert P. Frydryk said a Bondsville man has been charged in connection with the Oct. 12 Palmer post office break-in. Frydryk said James A. Brodeur, 39, of 3016 Hill St., will be summoned to Palmer District Court on charges
