eBay announced last month that customers who had been directly impacted by the recent collapse of a seller doing business on eBay Australia as eBusiness_Supplies and running the website at www.bestbargains.com.au had all been credited by PayPal to either their PayPal account or credit card. But an article in Tuesday’s AustralianIT said many victims have reported not being paid.
