PayPal, eBay extend Synchrony deal
The Advocate PayPal and parent eBay extended an agreement under which Stamford-based Synchrony Financial manages their U.S. credit card programs, with Stamford-based Synchrony first winning the account in 2004 while a subsidiary of General Electric.
