Fragrance-led home and lifestyle brand Fabulosa has strengthened its management team with the appointment of senior marketer Sara Hassan as head of brand.
Hassan has successfully led strategic marketing campaigns for several major names including most latterly, Arighi Bianchi – a leading independent home furnishing retailer where she held a head of marketing role.

Northern Healthcare has appointed Dawn Cropper as COO, a newly created executive role.
She will take executive responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the business and work closely with the senior executive team and CEO Nicola Forshaw.
Cropper brings to the COO role over 25 years of experience in mental health nursing and clinical leadership.

Fortidia UK has expanded its regional franchise support team with the appointment of Rani Dorka and Peter Beckett-Morley as Network Sales & Operations supervisors for the Midlands and North of England.
Accrington-based Fortidia manages the Mail Boxes Etc., PACK & SEND and World Options brands in the UK, with the three companies together maintaining and supporting over 260 franchisees, generating combined annual revenues of around £80m, providing ecommerce, fulfilment, shipping, virtual office, marketing and print solutions to SMEs and consumers.
Rani and Peter bring the Network Sales & Operations team to five, joining national manager Naz Sen, alongside existing regional supervisors Andrei Bunescu and Ian Coggle, to help support franchise growth for the group’s three brands across the UK.
Working from offices in Derby, Rani will support franchisees across the Midlands, while Peter’s remit covers the North of England based from offices in Warrington. Both will provide hands-on support and advice to franchisees across all three brands, aimed at helping them to develop and grow their businesses.
Rani brings nearly two decades of experience in the courier and logistics sector, including senior roles at FedEx and TNT. Most recently she worked as a senior sales coordinator in FedEx’s global healthcare sector, supporting a team of regional account executives and working closely with the worldwide sales team. Prior to that she held a range of senior roles at TNT, with responsibilities spanning client relations, team leadership and business development.
On starting her new position with Fortidia, she said: “I’m excited to join the NSO team and look forward to working alongside our franchisees in the Midlands. I’ll be focusing on practical, on-site support to help them make the most of the tools and strategies available, with the aim of driving real growth in their businesses.”
Peter has held senior roles with DHL, Royal Mail, DX Group, TNT Express and MoneyGram International, where he served as National Product Manager for the UK Post Office Group, working closely with franchise partners to promote and grow their business, as well as his most recent position as Service Sales Manager for EMEA at Thermo Fisher Scientific. He has a proven track record in managing major accounts, leading teams, and delivering significant revenue growth through solution sales and relationship management.
Peter Beckett-Morley added: “Joining Fortidia, I’ll be working directly with franchisees across the North to help them optimise their sales and marketing strategies and connect more effectively with head office support. It’s about ensuring our network partners can achieve their goals while making the most of the shared knowledge and infrastructure Fortidia provides.”

Claire Donnelly
Cheshire-based Auxesia Homes, a provider of affordable homes for key workers and service personnel, has announced a refreshed executive and senior leadership team to spearhead the next phase of its strategic growth.
The company has appointed Claire Donnelly as interim chief executive and Phil Martin as interim chief financial officer. They are supported by a newly established senior leadership team, comprising new appointments and internal promotions.
