People seeking food stamps offered help (Tri-Town News)

Assistance with food stamps paperwork will be available at the Melvin Cottrell Center for Senior Citizens and the Disabled, 45 Don Connor Blvd., Jackson. Vickie Vitale, a spokeswoman for the Jackson Women of Today, said, “To receive help with pre-qualifying for food stamps, volunteers will be available to assist applicants on Feb. 4 from 9 a.m. to noon.
