Philips Fourth-Quarter Net Doubles, Beating Estimates (Update2) (Bloomberg.com)

Jan. 21 (Bloomberg) — Royal Philips Electronics NV, the world’s biggest maker of electric shavers, said fourth-quarter profit doubled, beating analysts’ estimates, on higher revenue in the lighting unit and gains from selling shares in a chipmaker.
