PIEA stamps approval on $16M River Market apartment project
Kansas City Business Journal The Planned Industrial Expansion Authority of Kansas City on Monday approved plans for the development, which will offer 147 market-rate rental units just west of the Populous building. The project will get a 75 percent property tax abatement for 15 years. |
