Pilot killed in crash of plane was FedEx flier (AP via Yahoo! Finance)

The pilot of a small, rental plane that crashed near Memphis over the weekend has been identified as a FedEx flier. Authorities say 48-year-old Ward Severts rented the single-engine plane at the Olive Branch, Miss., airport.
