Pittston post office could be named after slain trooper

U.S. Rep. Lou Barletta, R-11, has announced that his bill to name the post office in Pittston after fallen Pennsylvania state Trooper Joshua D. Miller was passed by the U.S. Senate and now awaits the president's signature.
