Popular Jackalope Joe truck will be returning to serve coffee outside Spalding pub

A popular coffee truck will be returning to serve customers on their way to work.

Entrepreneur Hannah Joe was inspired to launch her coffee roasting business, Jackalope Joe, five years ago and has seen it go from strength to strength since then.

She will be bringing the Jackalope Joe trailer back to the Royal Mail Cart in Pinchbeck Road, Spalding, on Friday to sell coffee along with almond croissants and cinnamon buns.

Hannah will be serving from 8am to 11.30am.
