Port Jervis Post Office to be named E. Arthur Gray Post Office (Mid-Hudson News)

WASHINGTON — The U.S. House of Representatives has passed by a unanimous vote Congressman John Hall’s legislation to rename the Port Jervis Post Office the E. Arthur Gray Post Office Building.
