PUTNAM — Thursday’s meeting was considered civil by most, but not satisfying for Putnam residents. Approximately 30 patrons of the Putnam post office assembled for a meeting with Sid Winn, regional manager of post office operations for the United States Postal Service, and Cisco Postmaster Greg Sellers to hear the current proposal for closing the office and to ask questions and raised concerns.
