Post office delivering withheld mail (The Wahpeton Daily News)

On Nov. 19, 2008, Allen Edward Prochnow, formerly a rural mail carrier at the Wahpeton, ND Post Office, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court to a charge of delay and destruction of mail.
