Post office denies Cross Street considered for new site

The owner of 16 Cross St., New Canaan, Conn., has filed a special permit application to construct a multi-story mixed-use building at the property, where New Canaan Lawn Equipment Inc. and Lisa's Classic Cuts are currently located.
