Post Office is renamed for victim of Afghanistan war

HORNELL—A ceremony Thursday officially renamed the Hornell Post Office in honor of Lance Cpl. Zachary Smith, 19,a Hornell native who was killed by a roadside bomb in Afghanistan on Jan. 24.
