Post office mistake is blame for delayed election tally

Tuesday, June 15 th , 2010. Issue 24, Volume 14. RIVERSIDE – Riverside County Registrar of Voters Barbara Dunmore said today a “deluge” of absentee ballots that arrived late and a post office snafu were to blame for the delayed tally of votes in last week’s primary election.
