Post office mural rooted in Elgin, art history
Elgin Courier Julius Woeltz painted the mural titled “Texas Farm” that is on display at the post office in Elgin. Woeltz was active in San Antonio and Louisiana during his career and one of his works is part of a collection at The Smithsonian American Art Museum. |
