Post Office named after native son killed in Iraq

CHESTER – It was five years ago that 1st Lt. Lou Allen, a native of Chester and Tuxedo school teacher, was killed while serving in Iraq. Through the efforts of Congressman John Hall, the Chester Post Office was named in Allen’s honor on Wednesday.
