TWIN FALLS, ID (KMVT) In the last ten years, the amount of first class mail delivered by your friendly neighborhood mail carrier has dropped 28 percent, thanks in part to the invention of e–mail. That’s why local postal employees are concerned about a proposal to transfer local mail processing from Twin Falls to Boise.
