Post office stops delivering mail because of aggressive dogs
KPRC Houston Residents in 3900 block of Spring Meadows and 9400 block of Spring Mount are being forced to pick up their mail at the post office. The US Postal service said it's to protect their letter carriers from being attacked by dogs. |
