SISTERS — Arvena Emerson, 73, and her husband Dale, 75, walk to the Sisters Post Office most mornings. Every now and again, they stop at a coffee shop, but the post office is where the real catching up happens.Those morning chats might be interrupted when some mailboxes are moved to mailbox clusters across Sisters when the U.S. Postal Service opens a new, larger post office this winter.
