U.S. Sens. Kirsten Gillibrand, D-N.Y., and Charles Schumer, D-N.Y., announced Thursday that the Senate has passed legislation to rename the Genesee Street Post Office in Hornell in honor of Lance Corp. Zachary Smith, who was killed in Afghanistan on Jan. 24.
