Post Office woes add insult to e-tolls
Independent Online Johannesburg – Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) has admitted that it discussed the problems at the SA Post Office with the SA National Roads Agency Limited (Sanral), but maintains its mandate ends with the delivery of e-toll invoices to the post office. |
