Post office worker, brother guilty of mail theft

(AP) — Federal prosecutors say a Connecticut supervisor for the U.S. Postal Service and his brother have pleaded guilty to mail theft and trafficking in narcotics. Authorities say the 38-year-old Edward Hogan used his Postal Service job in Waterbury to remove parcels with cocaine and marijuana and distributed the drugs for profit.
