Post office worker doesn’t let his deafness get in the way of good service

We have all been on the phone with a customer service representative ready to pull our hair out. You can shout or scream, but nothing seems to get done. Scott Walker, a Milwaukee post office clerk, almost always leaves his customers happy and without yelling.
