MOBILE, Ala. – Around 4:40 p.m. Wednesday, officers were dispatched to the area of New St. Francis Street for a robbery to an individual. When the officers arrived, they met the victim who is a mail carrier for the Post Office. Thursday, police arrested 20-year-old Brandon Spencer. He has been charged with robbery first in connection with this incident.
