The U.S. Postal Service is only months away from running out of money, and the end of Saturday mail delivery might be just around the corner. Postmaster General Patrick Donahoe is asking Congress for the authority to cut service from six to five days a week as part of a long-range plan to rescue an agency struggling to stay afloat.
