Post watchdogs say first class mail does not deliver on time (icLanarkshire – Wishaw Press News)

THE Royal Mail’s Christmas postal service in Wishaw is anything but first class — according to an independent report. In the ML postcode area only 54 per cent of first class mail was received the next day, while 86 per cent of second class mail was received within three working days.
