STEUBENVILLE — The prospect of a 1 cent increase for first class postage stamps in May is attracting more postal customers to buy the Forever Stamps. According to Steubenville Postmaster Anita Petrella, “the Forever Stamps were introduced last year and are currently selling at 41 cents each.
